While in Costa Rica, I cofounded a restaurant called the Chile Bus. This food bus was a labor of love and the brainchild of my partner, who is a chef trained in Mexico. It is wonderful being part of the Chile Bus story. I have enjoyed creating the logo, branding, menus, and more to support this project.
